Delivery and Returns Policy
UK Mainland Deliveries
We offer delivery within 1–2 working days for orders placed before 1:00 pm (Monday–Friday, excluding Bank Holidays). For orders under £99 (excluding VAT), a non-refundable delivery charge of £8.99 applies. Orders over £99 (excluding VAT) qualify for free delivery. Bulk orders exceeding courier limits are delivered via pallet within 2–3 working days between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm. Additional charges may apply for timed pallet deliveries, subject to availability. Saturday delivery is available for £30, with orders needing to be placed by 11:00 am on the preceding Friday.
Other UK Regions
Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and Isles typically take 2–4 working days for orders placed before 1:00 pm (Monday–Friday), with a delivery charge of £12.99 per parcel. Northern Ireland deliveries also take 2–4 working days for orders placed before 1:00 pm, at a cost of £10.99 per parcel. For shipping to the UK Isles, including Jersey, Guernsey, and the Isle of Man, we can arrange delivery upon request, as these options are not available online.
Working Days Definition
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays. Orders placed before 1:00 pm are processed for the following working day, while those placed after the cut-off are processed the next working day.

Faulty or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us immediately to arrange a replacement.
Non-Faulty Items
Return requests for non-faulty items are considered on a discretionary basis. Items must be unopened and in their original condition to be eligible for a return. Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. Opened items cannot be refunded or restocked. A 20% administrative fee, calculated based on the product price, will be applied to any approved returns.
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items. We recommend ensuring the safe return of goods, as we cannot be held liable for items lost during transit.
