PandaPak gladly accepts larger bulk orders, and deliveries surpassing the courier threshold will be sent via pallet. Yes. Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation by email. When your order is out for delivery, you’ll also be notified. While full tracking may not be available due to our in-house delivery service, we’ll keep you updated on the delivery status.

We provide free samples of our products. However, a nominal delivery charge may apply depending on the delivery method (e.g., DPD or Post). To request samples, simply fill out the samples request form on our website and include the relevant product codes.

We offer two shipping methods: Packsense for deliveries within London and DPD for other areas across the UK. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping notification via email and/or text.

For faulty items, we offer a straightforward process for refunds or replacements without complications.
For non-faulty items, return requests are subject to our discretion. To be eligible for return, goods must remain unopened and in the same pristine condition as when they left our warehouse, free from any damage. Should you wish to discuss a return, kindly reach out to us directly. Additionally, a 10% administrative fee based on the products' prices will be charged. Please note that as the customer, you are responsible for shipping the goods back to our warehouse at your own expense. We advise taking necessary precautions as Packsense cannot be held responsible for any lost goods during transit.

3. What is the warranty policy of PandaPak?
The Company warrants that electrical goods supplied will conform to specifications and be free from defects for 12 months from the delivery date. The Company's obligation in case of a breach is limited to repairing or replacing defective goods, returned by the customer. This warranty supersedes all other warranties, expressed or implied, subject to the following conditions:
- 3.1 Claims must be in writing and submitted within 3 days of delivery.
- 3.2 The Company is not liable for defects arising from customer-supplied drawings, designs, or specifications.
- 3.3 The Company is not liable if defects result from willful damage, misuse, negligence, failure to follow instructions, or unauthorized alteration or repair.
- 3.4 The Company is not liable if the price for the goods remains unpaid by the due date.
- 3.5 This warranty does not cover parts, materials, or equipment not manufactured by the Company; the customer is entitled to the manufacturer's warranty.
- 3.6 Except for death or personal injury due to negligence, the Company is not liable for consequential loss, damage, or other claims.
- 3.7 Goods can be returned (at the customer's cost, in original boxes) within the first 7 days of the order date, with any initial carriage costs deducted from the final refund value.
